Wednesday, August 10, 2005 Today’s Fiber News  After knitting daily on a sweater, a couple of quickies are just the ticket. This is my homespun knit into Spiderweb Capelet from Stitch n Bitch Nation. It still need a closure – the pattern called for a crochet chain with two pom-poms. I am undecided about how to finish -- pom-poms are just not what I want.  These are the start of my socklets; they should be perfect for late summer/ early fall with my flip flops. I also pulled out a cotton tank to finish (started May 2003), Milano. I completed the arm bands and am knitting the front bands. Tomorrow or so, I will have a wearable FO!! posted by Nora | 4:39 PM
