Thursday, May 04, 2006 Today’s Fiber News  I am trying a new approach to my knitting projects – I assign them locations. My couch project is pictured above. It is the free and easy Pie Shawl from Lorna’s Lace, a pattern from the label. At work (not shown), I am working on Clapotis in Elizabeth Lavold’s silk-wool blend. More on that later. I have a feather and fan scarf by the bed. For the car, I need to add a small, easy to knit project also. Have I covered all my locations? Perhaps. I especially like the idea of not lugging a knitting project bag to and from work anymore. Especially since we will now have a fitness center on-site with a personal trainer! That means a gym bag instead…along with my hand bag and tote. I often feel like a...bag lady. posted by Nora | 4:18 PM
