Today’s Knitting News

I wore my capelet today instead of Friday. Notice how my polish matches it perfectly! Friday, my HR Dept. scheduled an interview for me; I need a part-time administrative assistant, asap. I have not filed properly in over two years, have six manuals that need written and am generally swamped with clerical needs…so I will be wearing proper clothes to interview instead of a fun outfit.

This book was fun and easy reading: Elegance by Kathleen Tessaro. It is written by a woman from Pennsylvania who attended Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh and now lives in London. The main character of the book is also a transplanted Pittsburgher in England.

Foxy is still blocking -- she is seamed, just verrrry curly! Tomorrow, a snap shot, I promise. Tonight I cast-on Ingeborg. (Did ya hear the drum roll?)
