Monday, September 13, 2004 Today’s Knitting News 
I finished spinning my first skein of hand spun yarn, set the twist on Saturday and measured it. For my first time, I am satisfied with the results. There are 275 yards to knit into a scarf of angora-wool. 
I finished the coin purse over the weekend. It will be a gift and I plan to make more. It is very showy but only takes around 4 to 5 hours to make-up.
