Tuesday, April 05, 2005 Today’s Fiber News  By lunch today, 1,622 steps---an improvement---but far from 10,000 steps a day. At half price books during lunch, I found a few treasures: • Jo Sharp’s Knitted Sweater Style – Inspirations in Color published in 1997 by the Taunton Press, Inc. of Newtown, CT; • The Jean Moss Book of World Knits published in the same year by the same publisher; and • Kaffe Fassett & Zoe Hunt’s Family Album – More Glorious Knits for Children and Adults published by Clarkson N. Potter, Inc. in 1989. Each book was far less than half the price. And each was primarily intarsia patterns. I will be out of the office tomorrow for work and tomorrow night is S & B at B & N.
