Wednesday, August 09, 2006 Today’s Fiber News Another FO! I am very happy with this Project and would make Clapotis again; probably in the recommended yarn of Noro’s Silk Garden. A variegated yarn would really show in the ladders (dropped stitches) This shawl is great for the AC and into fall/winter weather. Pattern: Clapotis from Knitty.com Yarn: Elizabeth Lavold’s Silky Wool Content: 65% wool, 35% wool Color: 003 Granite (no longer available) Yardage: 192 yards/50 g ball (I used 3 balls---576 yds.---although I bought 4 balls based on project requirements of 615 yds.)
